What form of payments do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Company Checks, Cashier's Checks and Money Orders. All orders placed over the phone or online are digitally encrypted and safe.

Do you have bilingual guards available?

A.

If services is requested with two weeks' advance notice, we can provide a bilingual guard as per your request. Please make sure you request in complete details what your security services are and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

What uniforms do you have available?

A.

Our standard guard uniform is a short or long sleeve gray all cotton button down shirt with black slacks, with a black belt and black shoes. The guards all wear a security officer badge on their shirts. Other uniforms we also have available are our all black suit. (For formal events) We can also custom design uniform to fit the request of long term contracted clients.

What kind of services do you provide?

A.

We primarily provide security guard services but we also have a list of other services that you can find on our home page. We will monitor and report all illegal and un-permitted activity and contact police authorities, if necessary. We can manage the guest list for your events, escort uninvited attendees or trespassers off the premises, and help you maintain a safe and secure surrounding for you and your guest.

Can I get a 1099 from your company?

Yes, after your initial order is processed we can supply you with a 1099 upon request.

Is your company licensed and bonded?

A.

Yes, our security company is licensed and bonded based on the state requirements. Proof of such license are available at your request.

What happens if the guard gets injured on duty?

A.

We understand that accidents happen sometimes, and we're always prepared for that. Our company has all its employees covered as the State of Florida requires all business owners to carry workers
compensation insurance.

Do you do a background check on all of your guards?

A.

Background checks are conducted through a third party that does fingerprinting through both the Florida Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). To work as a security guard, all employees must be at least 18 years old and cannot have any felonies.

What requirements do you have for armed guards?

A.

Armed and unarmed guards are required to undergo the same training and must also pass a course in the carrying and use of firearms. The course is typically 14 hours: 8 of those hours are in the classroom and 6 hours take place on the shooting range.

What training have the guards undergone?

A.

Our guards undergo the following training:

• Powers to arrest (security guard roles and responsibilities)
• Public Relations (how to deal with the community and the customer)
• Observation & Documentation (appropriate techniques in report writing)
• Communication and its significance (who, what, where, when, why)
• Liability & Legal Aspects (roles of the guard)

How much experience do your guards have?

A.

Our guards range in experience a minimum of 2 years and 15+ years of security services including a variety of background such as military and law enforcement. All of our guards undergo rigorous physical and technical training meeting the SGS Standard.
